CK Business Agency Website Agent Service Agreement
Effective Date: The date and time on which Client accepts this Agreement.
This Website Agent Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between CK Business Agency (“CK Business Agency,” “CK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer purchasing Website Agent services (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).
By checking the acceptance box and submitting payment, Client acknowledges that Client has read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. Website Agent Services
CK Business Agency provides an AI-powered website chatbot/agent designed to assist website visitors by providing information based on the Client’s approved website content, business information, frequently asked questions, and other information provided or made available to CK.
Depending on the package selected, services may include:
- AI website chatbot/agent
- Branded chatbot interface
- Custom greeting and agent configuration
- Website content and FAQ integration
- Lead capture functionality
- Call-to-action buttons
- Basic conversation functionality
- Website installation and deployment
- Ongoing maintenance and updates as included in the Client’s selected plan
Specific features and limitations are determined by the package purchased by the Client.
2. Client Agent Builder
Client may use CK Business Agency’s AI-powered agent builder to customize the appearance, messaging, personality, functionality, and other front-end elements of the Client’s website agent.
Client is responsible for reviewing the agent and providing accurate information before submitting the agent for deployment.
Once Client submits the completed agent for installation, CK Business Agency may review, configure, modify, or optimize the agent as reasonably necessary for compatibility, functionality, security, and deployment.
3. Payment and Subscription
Client agrees to pay the monthly recurring subscription fee associated with the selected Website Agent package.
Payment is processed through the payment method presented at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscription charges are billed on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with this Agreement.
All payments are non-refundable except where a refund is expressly permitted under Section 6 of this Agreement.
4. Cancellation
Client may cancel the recurring Website Agent subscription by contacting CK Business Agency at: info@ckbusinessagency.com
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email.
Cancellation will stop future recurring charges after the cancellation has been processed. Cancellation does not automatically entitle Client to a refund of amounts previously paid.
CK Business Agency may require reasonable processing time to complete a cancellation request.
5. Deployment and Installation Timeline
Following successful payment, completion of the Client’s agent configuration, receipt of required information, and receipt of necessary website access, CK Business Agency will begin the deployment and installation process.
Estimated Deployment. The estimated deployment timeframe is 1–3 business days. Deployment refers to preparing and configuring the Client’s Website Agent for installation.
Website Installation. Website installation may take approximately 7–14 business days. The installation timeframe may vary depending on the Client’s website platform, access requirements, technical environment, third-party systems, website administrator availability, and other circumstances affecting implementation.
6. Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable.
If CK Business Agency has not completed deployment and installation within 15 business days after receiving all required Client information, payment, website access, and other materials necessary to complete the installation, Client may contact CK Business Agency at info@ckbusinessagency.com to request a refund review.
Refund eligibility will be determined based on the circumstances of the delay.
Refunds will not be required for delays caused by circumstances outside CK Business Agency’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Client delays in providing website access
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by Client
- Delays in responding to CK Business Agency requests
- Website platform restrictions
- Third-party software or service outages
- Hosting issues
- Domain or DNS issues
- Website administrator or developer delays
- Technical restrictions imposed by the Client’s website platform
- Changes made to the Client’s website that interfere with installation
- Security, access, or permission issues
- Force majeure events
- Other circumstances reasonably outside CK Business Agency’s control
Any delay extending beyond 14 business days that is caused by circumstances within CK Business Agency’s control will be communicated to Client, including an updated estimated completion timeframe.
7. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide CK Business Agency with all information, materials, permissions, credentials, website access, and approvals reasonably necessary to provide the services.
Client is responsible for ensuring that information supplied to CK Business Agency is accurate and that Client has the legal right to provide any content, images, trademarks, logos, documents, or other materials used to configure the Website Agent.
Failure to provide required access, information, approvals, or materials may delay deployment or installation and may affect refund eligibility.
8. AI-Generated Responses
The Website Agent uses artificial intelligence and may generate responses based on the information, instructions, and knowledge provided to it.
While CK Business Agency will take reasonable steps to configure and test the Website Agent, CK does not guarantee that every AI-generated response will be completely accurate, complete, or error-free.
Client remains responsible for reviewing important business information, including pricing, policies, services, availability, legal statements, and other information presented through the Website Agent.
9. Website Access
Client authorizes CK Business Agency to access the Client’s website for purposes of installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and supporting the Website Agent.
Client may be required to add CK Business Agency as a website collaborator, administrator, contributor, developer, or other appropriate user depending on the website platform.
CK Business Agency will only request the level of access reasonably necessary to perform the services.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Website Agent functionality may depend on third-party platforms, hosting providers, website builders, APIs, AI providers, payment processors, or other technology services.
CK Business Agency is not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy changes, technical failures, pricing changes, or other issues caused by third-party providers.
Such circumstances may result in delays or temporary interruptions to the Website Agent.
11. Service Availability
CK Business Agency will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Website Agent and associated services.
However, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, website changes, security measures, or other circumstances beyond CK Business Agency’s reasonable control.
12. Changes and Modifications
Client may request reasonable changes to the Website Agent consistent with the features included in the Client’s selected plan.
Requests outside the scope of the selected package may require an additional fee.
CK Business Agency will communicate any applicable additional fees before beginning chargeable work.
13. Agreement Acceptance
By checking the agreement acceptance box and submitting payment, Client confirms that:
- Client has read and agrees to this Agreement;
- Client understands the recurring monthly payment structure;
- Client understands the cancellation procedure;
- Client understands the refund policy;
- Client understands the estimated deployment and installation timelines;
- Client understands that delays caused by circumstances outside CK Business Agency’s control may not qualify for a refund; and
- Client authorizes CK Business Agency to provide the Website Agent services described in the selected package.
