These terms govern your use of the CK Business Agency Website Agent portal. By submitting a project you agree to them alongside the Website Agent Service Agreement you accept during checkout.

The service

CK Business Agency builds, deploys, installs, tests, and maintains an AI website agent for your business on a monthly subscription. Plan features and limits are described on the pricing section of this site.

Fees and billing

The one-time setup fee is charged before work begins and is non-refundable once work has started. The monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, the content your agent should use, and temporary website access so our team can install the agent.

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing info@ckbusinessagency.com. The agent is removed or disabled at the end of the paid period.
